:Id get everything i need to prepare for raid as in wow, and in RL

We currently use the DKP loot distribution system for 25 man content. Are you familiar with this system?
:Yeah i used it in TBC.

TBC: SSC, TK, BT, Hyal, Sunwell
WOTLK: Toc 10, Toc 25, Icc 10, Icc 25, Naxx, OS.

:Im not really good leader.

We require the use of certain mods and addons, and the ability to use voice chat for raiding. You do not have to have a mic (although its preferred), just the ability to take direction- Are you able to do that?

: I saw pretty good player from this guild, and I think they are friendly.

: Well Acient Voodoo, but that`s a joke. They don`t take anything seriously, as matter of fact we haven`t done a decent raid for as long as i remember. This is the reason i would like to join another guild.

- Hellguards uses a forum for daily communication regarding guild matters. Are you able to visit it at least twice a week?

3. If you end up on a desert island which 3 things would you take with you? AND GOD NO , don't say internet / computer and wow.
Y i seen alot of Ultimate survival. I would take knife, compass, and water.

4. If your house is getting robbed while you play WoW ... what you gonna do?

Nope im fine, never heard about man period

6. If we raid ICC25 with you ... you play shaman and have just died ... but got your ankh ready ...
and we really need your dps to kill the Lich King ... will you click the ankh If in the exact same second your beer drops on the floor ...
and starts spilling ... so you gotta choose. Save the beer or save the raid ... what you gonna do? Thats though one... id prolly try to stop beer from spilling the same second as get my shaman up

Not impressed with the app. Wrong Glyphs, Wrong Rotaion.. "Rotation for healling?" We are not rading robots! "Negative" from me.

I have done TOC 25 with him last night, is 1 of the few pala I saw, who does actually rezz ppl.

But on other word, I would like a pala opinion before I cast my vote, so neutral for now.

In fact the build is not bad there can be made some changes ofc, the glyphs are kinda bad, especially when you use HL you will get OOM, I suggest you use Glyph of Seal of Wisdom ; Glyph of Beacon of Light.
There is no spell rotation for healers, but there some things healer (hpala) has to do, before the fight and during the fight.
Anyway I dont remember him in ToC25 or it wasn`t the same raid nvm, but I wonna give him a try Positive

I won`t mind, if there are enough PVE players in ur guild, we could make a good raid with like half PUG if needed, and get a bit further with raiding, Im willing to help gear ppl who want to PVE. And my rotation might not be perfect or smthing, I didnt say that Im the best paladin on server or something. Im still here to learn while playing the game.

Im pretty confused now.. Can u tell me what do u expect from me? Like what kind of stuff does this guild do? I guess I did not get enough information from gamer district forum.

Well this guild is a guild for fun and be helpfull to others.
Not special for PVP or PVE just fun and helping eachother.
Yes we make raids but not 24/7.

and as Enella said healing is about what need atm you never can tell as healer what spell you use its just an reaction on what is happening.

But now about the App i think you will do fine as healer in a raid but you have to remember as lots off people said we are no raiding machines.

I will give him a + for trial becease i think he will do fine iff someone needs a healer ;-)
And i like his heal last raid i saw him.

He thinks we are raiding robots... and we are not. I'm not impressed from the application and as Irki said he has wrong talents and glyphs (though i dont know much about paladins but i respect his opinion). I give Negative.
